Pork Chops with Apples
Ingredjenti :
- 4 chops of boneless Maltese pork
- 3 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple juice
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 apples

Serves 4
How to cook :
In a bowl mix the mustard, sugar, apple juice and Worcestershire sauce. From this mixture store 2 tablespoons in a glass. Put the rest in a large plastic bag along with the pork chops, close the bag tightly and let it marinate for at least 4 hours.
Meanwhile remove the apple core and cut into slices of about half an inch each. Sprinkle the apples with the marinade I had put in a cup. After the pork marinating time has passed, remove from the bag and discard the rest of the marinade. Meanwhile heat the oven to 160 Degrees Celsius.
Place the pork in a non-stick dish and place the apples on top. Cook in oven for about 45 minutes or until pork is done and apples soften.
Serve with a few mashed potatoes.
