
Pork in Ginger and black Bean Sauce
Ingredients :
- 350g of chopped Maltese Pork
- 1 grinded garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger
- 90ml pork stock
- 2 tablespoons of dried cherries
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of cornflour
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 4 peppers in mixed colours
- Chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons of finely chopped black beans

How to cook :
Cut the Maltese pork into thin slices and place them in a dish and mix them with the garlic and ginger. Marinate them for 15 minutes.
Mix the stock, sherry, soy sauce, sugar and cornflour in a small bowl and let the mixture settle.
Meanwhile heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the pork for three minutes. Add the colored onion and pepper and cook for another two minutes. Add the black beans and sauce mixture and cook until combined.
