- 1 pork fillet (tenderloin)
- Satay Sauce
- 250g couscous
- 1 grated carrot
- 160g sweetcorn
- 100g black olives
- parsley
- fresh basil
- olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt and pepper
For the fruit salad:
- half a melon
- half a pineapple
- 2 kiwi
- 1 small box strawberry
- 1 tot Kirsh
- juice of half an orange
