- 1 fillet of Maltese Pork
- 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
- 1 Maltese sausage
- 100g cheese
- 4 pieces of thigh ham
- plive Oil
- worchestershire sauce
- soy sauce
- parsley
- salt and pepper

Serves 2
How to cook :
Remove the little fat that is with the pork tenderloin and then open it to bring it flat. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and then place the four pieces of thigh ham on the fillet. Then divide the Maltese sausage, peel it and spread its filling over the ham. Also add the finely chopped garlic and a little parsley. Then spread 100grams of cheese according to your tastes.
Now that the fillet filling is spread out and ready, grab the end of the fillet and roll it tight so that when it’s done it won’t leak things out of it. Place it on a square piece of foil and pour over the fillet filled with a little salt and pepper, olive oil, a little soy sauce, a little worchestershire sauce and parsley. Now turn the fillet so that everywhere it takes on the same taste and turn tight in the foil.
Then place in the oven preheated to 190ºC (375ºF) and cook for about 25 minutes or until the stuffed pork tenderloin reaches an internal temperature of 76ºC (169ºF).
You can serve some baked potatoes or chips with the fillet.
